Reception :
During the opening of the René Oltra Naturist Center, the reception office is open 7 days a week: Off season: 9:00 am - 5:45 pm
From June 1 to September 15: 9:00 am - 7:45 pm (beyond that, please ask at the gate of the Center).
Information on activities :
Need information, tourist information, want to participate in activities and events that we offer? From March to October, contact the animation office. The team on site will be happy to help you! In low season, open Monday to Friday (9am-12pm / 2pm-5pm) In July and August, open Monday to Saturday (9am-12:30pm / 4pm-7pm).
Library:
Our library is at your disposal in the Agora space to borrow one or more books in the language of your choice for free.
Wristbands :
For even more freedom, we have opted for wristbands. As soon as you arrive at the Centre, our hostesses will give you a wristband per person, to be worn throughout your stay, which will guarantee your peace of mind and allow you free access to the Centre at any time.
Laundromats and dryers (F and L aisles):
The machines are self-service and work with coins and bank cards.
Automatic cash dispenser 24 hours a day:
ATM (bank cards) located at the entrance of the center, Flamingo Alley.
Gas :
On sale at the reception desk.
Adaptor:
Electrical connection by European plug, three-phase.
Please bring a French adapter.
Possibility of lending an adapter at the reception, subject to availability. Deposit 30 €.
Blue adapter plugs are available (for the camping terminals)
Internet & WIFI :
Free access to the campsite WIFI in the restaurant areas. The Centre also offers paid access to Ozmosis WIFI on your pitch if required (available directly from your phone or at reception).
Shuttle :
The shuttle will accompany you free of charge from the entrance of the center to your pitch from midnight to 7am (July and August).
Security service:
The Center is guarded 24 hours a day by a security team.
For your peace of mind and the success of everyone’s vacation, an internal regulation of the Center has been established.
